Choose from the sedate 'Executive Fifties' room to the lurid 'Best Whorehouse' or splurge on the Pelican Penthouse which rather resembles a record label tycoon’s lair – not surprising as it's turned into HQ whenever Diesel President Renzo Rosso is in residence. The amenities might be slim – try the beach across the road instead of a hotel pool – the restaurant has an award winning wine list and Med menu. Luxury lovers go for the Pelican penthouse at around  $US2500 a night.
