The rooms in the main house at Calcot Manor are for adults only. They manage to combine old wooden beams and exposed stone with contemporary styling and discreet flat screen TVs' and most look out on a courtyard with lime trees and flower beds . Local Interior designer Annie Constantine has recently updated some of the rooms with new designer soft furnishings. The large Hypnos beds have pressed Frette linen and piles of crisp white pillows. Ten family rooms and suite, as stylish as anything in the main house, are available in the historic barn .The Luxury Travel Bible notes that Tetbury is a tiara throw from Prince Charles' bolthole, Highgrove, and the area is known by the Fleet Street press as Camillashire because it has long been the stomping ground of the Duchess of Cornwall (the ex Camilla Parker Bowles)
