LUXURY hotels: inhabit hotels x self space
'Our capacity for love is infinite. But it’s always a work in progress. We’ll never ‘complete’ love because we’ll never outrun our human messiness. There will always be more to learn, understand and explore about ourselves and our relationships. Love isn’t linear. But every day that we commit to actively doing the work - on ourselves and our relationships - is a day that love wins' - Self Space.

Forget roses and chocolates as Inhabit Hotels is marking this Valentine’s month a little differently.

This February the urban wellness hotel brand is focusing on mental wellbeing, joining forces with contemporary mental health service Self Space to offer a series of therapist-led workshops and events. These have been designed to help us remember that the most important relationship we’ll ever have is with ourselves.

Held at Inhabit’s two London hotels, ‘Love in Progress’ is a series of events focused on exploring the messy realities of love and provides just the tonic for hearts and minds.

Led by Self Space, who launched the world's first on-demand mental health service on the High Street, the events promise a space to realign, nurture awareness and understanding, and explore how to keep doing the work - for ourselves and others.

Jodie Cariss, Founder, Self Space says, 'We are a constant work in progress, and while I don’t think we should treat ourselves as a never ending problem to solve, staying open and curious to yourself and others gives you the opportunity to understand yourself and the world around you in a 360-degree way that can only enhance your experience of life. We're delighted to be partnering with Inhabit Hotels on our ‘Love in Progress’ series of events, which champion the journey and not the destination'.
